Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT / DISPATCH TIME:

• Luxury Formals: 6 to 8 weeks.
• Formals: 8 to 10 weeks.
• Bridals: 2 to 3 months.

SHIPMENT CHARGES:

All international orders may be subject to taxes, fees, surcharges and duties (if applicable).
Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

If your order does require any additional charges, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs.

Nusrat Couture takes no responsibility whatsoever for these charges, and would not entertain any chargeback/disputes/refunds arising from non payment of customs duties or taxes.

Note:

• If you add another item to an RTS order, your entire order will be shipped at the normal shipping time (Luxury Pret, Formals, Bridals, Unstitched).
•  If you want the RTS item to be shipped separately from rest of the order,an additional shipping fee will apply.
